COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE TRANSACTIONS

Our lawyers regularly represent both sellers and buyers in commercial real estate transactions. When representing sellers, we review inspection reports are addressed, perform due diligence on the buyer, and analyze the structuring of financing arrangements, including tax planning related to the transaction. When representing buyers, we supervise the due diligence, including an analysis of any environmental or structural issues, review the title reports, and ensure the property is zoned for the client's intended use.
