TRANSPARENT BILLING
Our budget and
billing process begins when we begin a
new engagement. We will provide you an
engagement letter that clearly explains
the billing arrangement for that
engagement. Unless we have agreed in
advance to an alternative billing
arrangement, our attorneys will bill
their time at the rates stated in the
engagement letter. We will work with you
to determine a budget for the new
project based on an estimate of the time
and efforts we will spend on your
project. This gives you an estimate that
you can include in your company's
operating budget. In the case of new
clients, we typically require a retainer
that represents a portion of the
estimated budget for the project.
CLEAR COMMUNICATION
Whether in the
